Today I break the “me,me,me” syndrome.
- Do not take anything personal.
- Complete what I start.
- Empathize with others.
- Avoid conflicts.
Meditation:
As I look into my soul, I can feel the sore places where I have been wounded by worrying over what people think about me, needing to be right, getting angry when things don’t go my way. I let the light to touch it and imagine myself going beyond that. Now I concentrate on what is really important: love, friends, family, spiritual fulfillment, connection.
