Today I beware of being critical of others and myself.
- Be proactive and ask question. Zero assumption.
- Seek to understand, not judge.
- Realize I am not in control.
- Look for the good and positive in everything.
Meditation:
I let go tensions at the same time that recognize that I also make mistakes and smile; I know that from here the love I give and receive is bigger. From here I can use judgment from a different consciousness. As I look back on negative deeds from my past, I replace them with light and compassion, sending positive forces out into the universe. I will sweeten the judgment towards others and me more and more.
